I have 2 Hair stations to rent. The hair stations are 60 inches across with 2 cabinets below and a attaching shelf below for storage, a chair & mirror. If you would like to bring your own styling chair you may do so as long as it is black in good looking & working condition. Some of our associates have done that in the past, one has brought in an electric powered lift in stead of the hydraulic. If you would like to work part time you can shair the space with another stylest. You and that other person would have to work out the 20 hours a week each. The part time fee is $80.00 plus tax a week ( but is paid monthly) The full time rent is $669.16per month. You could work 40 hours plus a week and the large station would be all yours. Our clients ( both men and woman) love our salon.We have a large men and woman clientele.
I also have 2 rooms left. They are located in the quiet area of the salon. This area is cut off to the noise of the salon. And it has a private waiting area with a exit only door.
The smaller of the two rooms is 10 X 11 1/2. It has new wood flooring. It has a built in vanity with running hot & cold water. 3 locking cabinets and 2 that do not lock. It has a beautiful ceiling fan with a warm light and a dimmer switch for both fan speed and lighting. It also has a wall sconce that is on a dimmer switch and it matches the fan. Along with florescent lighting. You can use all 3 lights or just pick one.This room could be used for skin care or massage. the room rents for $669.16 per month.
The other room is larger and carpeted and has the same lighting as the smaller room and dose not have running water. This is a really nice room for massage. It has a lot of personality. It has a built in desk area and a wide tall 6 ft cabinet. This room has not hot or cold running water. This could also be a really cool, quiet room to be use a private office.
The salons decor is shabby chick and very clean.
The dispensary is very large. It has a 10 ft countertop with a drop in kitchen sink. I have a new washer & dryer that is mine however you would be more than welcome to use them as long as you finish your load by the end of your work day. Each hair stylists are provided a 6 ft tall, deep cabinet with a lock for your personale supplys, perms, color, etc.
We also have a counter top & cabinets that are for food storage and dishes.
I provide, coffee, creamer, hand soap, and paper towels that are dispensed by the wave of your hand. I also keep the salon restrooms clean & general areas clean. However you would need to keep your area (room)clean. We all clean up after ourselves. We try to not leave a trail behind us. And a helping hand is always welcome.
The Salon also has a security system and you would have your own code.
This salon is a Booth rental salon. I am offering 3 free weeks of rent. Rent is paid monthly and your first month would be pro-rated.
The Salon has a house telephone. But you would need a cell phone or run a land line into your booth. You would be able to book your apts and enjoy your busy life style.
